ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil to dispose the case in H.O.M.P.No.67 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the petitioner as well as the respondent has agreed for mutual divorce and that therefore, a direction for speedy disposal will be in the interest of justice.

3.Considering the grievance of the petitioner and the fact that both husband and wife are interested in getting an early order, the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil, is directed to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.67 of 2020 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
