ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 29.11.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.28473 of 2024.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Transport Corporation submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents sought time to file a calculation memo from 09.06.2025 onwards. Despite five hearings, calculation memo has not been filed.

3. The contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in a manner known to law. 16.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes BTR 2/4
