ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the order in Crl.OP.(MD).No.22760 of 2025, dated 11.12.2025 by amending the name of the 2nd petitioner as Kanniammal instead of Kaliammanl.

2. According to the petitioners, there is a typographical error in mentioning the name of the 2nd petitioner in the order, dated 11.12.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has also admitted that there is a typographical error in the order, dated 11.12.2025.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioners in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections before issuing a copy of the order to the parties concerned.
