This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, seeking extension of three months time to dispose of the petition in H.R.C.O.P.No.11 of 2013.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul till 10.01.2022 and accordingly, it is extended till 10.01.2022, since the matter has been posted for arguments.
