ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 12.10.2018 in I.A.No.478 of 2018 in O.S.No.50 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.50 of 2015 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.50 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri was disposed of by order dated 05.01.2021.

3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
