Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to issue a direction, directing the Subordinate Court, Sivagangai to dispose of A.S.No.111 of 2018 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sivagangai within the time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the orders already passed in this case, and upon perusing the Letter in D.No.96 dated 18.02.2021,received from the Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai, this Court made the following Order:

The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 07.08.2020 has directed the learned Subordinate Judge, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD). No.483 of 2019 Sivagangai, to dispose of the Appeal Suit in A.S. No.111 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge, has submitted a letter, dated 18.02.2021 seeking further extension of time stating that the Appeal Suit could not be proceeded due to the pendency of the Miscellaneous Proceedings.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons assigned, this Court inclined to grant time as sought for by the Court below. Accordingly, three months time is granted to dispose of the Appeal Suit in A.S. No.111 of 2018, from 01.06.2021.
