The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name in the history sheet maintained by the respondents (H.S.No.46/2011) based on his representation and in the light of the orders passed in the matter of S.Vani & others Vs. The Superintendent of Police reported in 2009 3 MLJ 825. 2.Perusal of records shows that as per the Division Bench judgment of this Court renewal was made on 31.12.2014 by the competent authority, namely, the first respondent herein and a proposal has also submitted for renewal upto 31.12.2015.
3.In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
