This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case in Crime No.117 of 2016 has been registered under Section 107 of Cr.P.C.
