[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.R.R.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.B.Bhaskar, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking direction upon the respondents 1 to 4 to produce her daughter, namely, R.Yuvasakthi, aged about 21 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. We heard the matter in the forenoon session and the detenue was produced by the respondent police. The detenue is pursuing B.E. Computer Science Course and she is in the final year and there is an examination tomorrow i.e. 11.04.2017.

4. The detenue had eloped with the fifth respondent, who is admittedly younger to her, aged about 19 years and pursuing third year B.E. Course in the same College, where the detenue is studying.

5. We spoke to the detenue, her parents and the sixth respondent, who is the father of the fifth respondent. Except the detenue, all others were agreeable to the suggestion that both the detenue and fifth respondent should pursue their education and thereafter, they will think about their marriage, especially, when the fifth respondent is only aged about 19 years. Thus, we decided to refer the matter for mediation before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, where the detenue agreed to go with her parents and pursue her studies. We have also questioned the detenue on that and she stated that she is willing to go with her parents and continue her studies.

6. In the light of the above facts, we find that there is no illegal detention. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is stands closed.
