ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision application, dated 23.02.2015 in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8585/2015/G2, dated 13.03.2015 within a stipulated time. 2.Though very many contentions have been raised in the Writ Petition, at the time of making submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision application, dated 23.02.2015, that would suffice.
3. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Murugan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for R-1 and R-2. In view of the nature of the order going to be passed in this Writ Petition, there is no need to issue notice to the third respondent .

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without going into the other averments made in the
Writ Petition, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the revision application filed by the petitioner, dated 23.02.2015 in Na.Ka.No.8585/2015/G2 on merits and in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
