RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit for to produce the surety before the Learned District and Sessions Court, Karur District by the order in Crl.OP(MD).No.2544 of 2021 Dated 17.02.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SRINIVASAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2544 of 2021 dated 17.02.

2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to COVID-19 situation, the petitioner is unable to arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
