ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground without reference to her marriage by considering her representation dated 24.05.2014. 2.The case of the petitioner is that her father was employed as driver in the first respondent Corporation and died in harness on 09.02.2012. He gave an application seeking for compassionate appointment on 24.05.2014. As the said representation is not considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner's father who was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ working as a driver in the respondent's corporation died in harness on 09.02.2012 and that the petitioner has made a representation seeking for

compassionate appointment within three years on 24.05.2014, the respondents shall consider the said request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, without loss of further time, however, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
