ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 26.06.2015 within a stipulated time.
2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had purchased the property in Old Survey No.378/2A, 378/1 and New Survey No.378/1, 378/2A1, 2A2, 2A3, 2A4, 2A5 and 2A6 measuring to an extent of 8 acres 93 cents in patta No.3252 situated at Kidaripatti Villalge, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, from one Perappa Konar through a registered sale deed in Document No.2195/2014.
Thereafter, the petitioner preferred an application before the second respondent on 26.06.2015 for issuance of patta. Since the said representation was not considered so far, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the averments made in the
Writ Petition, this Court directs the petitioner to give a copy of the representation, dated 26.06.2015, to the second respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order, on merits and in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner and it is for the second respondent to consider the same purely on merits.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of . No Costs.
