ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's house site property in Survey No.333/47, Patta No.361 situated at Sankaralingapuram Village, Pudur Post, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on his representation dated 15.06.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the respondents have surveyed the above mentioned property of the petitioner on 05.09.2020 and therefore, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.
