Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the four boundaries by planting survey stones in survey No.2177/4 measuring about 12 cents, as per the four boundaries as mentioned in the schedule of properties vide document No.7415/2010 dated 14.10.2010, situated at Thadicombu village, Dindigul west Taluk, Dindigul District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2022 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned land to be surveyed and demarcated by fixing four boundaries.

3. Notice was ordered. It is fairly stated by the respondents that there is no civil dispute involved in the matter. It is submitted that the survey is to be held on 20.06.2022.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
