This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai in I.A.No. 137 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2016, dated 20.11.2018. 1/3

2.Today(29.08.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2016 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai has already been disposed of on 29.09.2021 itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing on either side has also confirmed the same.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
