ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in 1/3

connection with Crime No.57 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 24, 4(1)(a) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, has filed this petition.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 33 numbers of liquor bottles.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police strongly opposes for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner has six previous cases to his credit, where he has also pleaded guilty and paid fine. 5.Considering the conduct of the petitioner is continuously committing the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
