O R D E R

Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed by Mr.Suresh, son of Mr.Ganesan, challenging the impugned show-cause notice, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

30.09.2015, whereby and whereunder the second respondent, has called upon him to submit his explanation, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the said show-cause notice, as to why he should not be removed from service permanently.

3. As a matter of fact, the show-cause notice, dated 30.09.2015, has given fifteen days time to the petitioner to submit his explanation. Further, taking note of the fact that it is not a final order and it is only a show-cause notice, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition as he is bound to submit his explanation.
