CORAM

THE HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE S.S.SUNDAR C.R.P.(PD)(MD)Nos.498 to 501 of 2019 and C.M.P.(MD)No.2493 of 2019 Manapparai Naidu Mahajana Sangam, represented by its Secretary, Venkatesan Naidu :Petitioner in all cases .. Vs ..

Anwardeen :Respondent in all cases COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the ex-order and fair order, dated 08.01.2019 made in I.A.Nos.1010, 1011, 1012 and 1013 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2016 on the file of the Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif Court, Manapparai.

For Petitioner : Mr.J.Lawrance (in all cases) COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are directed against the order passed by the learned Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif, Manapparai, in I.A.Nos.1010, 1011, 1012 and 1013 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2016 dated 08.01.2019.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The revision petitioner filed a petition for eviction as against the tenant in R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2016. The revision petitioner, who is the landlord, has filed all these revision petitions as against the orders passed by the learned Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif, Manapparai, in interlocutory applications, which are to amend the address of the revision petitioner, to amend cause title, to produce additional documents and for recalling witness. As against the order dismissing the respective applications, these Civil Revision Petitions have been filed.

4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition in R.C.O.P.No.04 of 2016 was dismissed and that the revision petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Rent Control Appellate Authority. In view of the disposal of R.C.O.P.No.04 of 2016, the learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the prayer in the revision petitions has become infructuous. Hence, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that these Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the revision petitioner to file fresh applications before the appellate authority.
