Prayer : Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to extend the time granted by this Court for execution of sureties and for deposit of Rs.18 lakhs in Crl.O.P(MD) No.23151 of 2025 dated 10.02.2026

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant an extension of time for the operation of the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 23151 of 2025 dated 10.02.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners that they could not arrange sufficient sureties and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD) No.23151 of 2025. Accordingly, the time for executing the sureties is extended by a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 16.04.2026 aav 2/4
