This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 13.06.2018 and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that after due investigation, the respondent police has closed the complaint as "Civil in Nature".

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given.
