ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. According to the petitioner, the patta issued in his favour ought to be corrected and the extent must be enhanced from 80 cents to 89 1⁄2 cents. In my view, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court by impleading the private parties also.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs.
