This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.301 of 2023 dated 27.10.2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.It is a case of immoral trafficking. The case is only at the stage of investigation. The respondent Police is expected to conduct fair investigation and file final report. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law. 3.In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
