To set aside the Judgment and decree dated 24.10.2008 passed in AS.55 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram, as confirming the Judgment and decree dated 29.06.2007 passed in OS.326 of 2003 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram and allow the present Second Appeal and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.R.RAJAGOPALAN, Learned Senor Counsel appearing for the appellant, the court made the following order:- Mr.T.R.Rajagopalan, Learned Sennior Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that there is a possibility of settlement between the parties and therefore, the matter may be referred for Mediation. Having regard to the submissions made by the leared senior counsel appearing for the appellant I direct the Registry to place the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench for exploring the possibility of settlement.
