[Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.] The revision petitioner / applicant has filed the Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in I.A.No.2980 of 2018 in S.A.No.602 of 2018, dated 12.02.2018, on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, seeking to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the sale notice, dated 08.11.2018, fixing the sale on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

13.12.2018, pending disposal of the main application. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that sale itself had taken place on 13.03.2019 and the sale deed was also executed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition and the same has become infructuous. 3.Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
