O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition, under Section 439(i)(b) Cr.P.C., seeking relaxation of the condition, imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, vide order dated 17.02.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.370 of 2016, that he should report and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., for fifteen days and thereafter he should report and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., for another fifteen days.

2. Heard Mr.B.Santhanam Rajeshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, vide Order dated 17.02.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.370 of 2016, that the petitioner should report and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., for fifteen days and thereafter he should report and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., for another fifteen days is hereby completely relaxed.
