This petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to withdraw the above case in Crime No.106/2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to transfer the case to some other competent agency for fair investigation
2. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the First Information Report, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to transfer the investigation. However, the Inspector of Police, C5Silaiman Police Station, Madurai, Madurai District, the second respondent, is directed to conduct the investigation in Crime No.106 of 2016, in accordance with law. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
