O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking the relief to withdraw the enquiry in respect to the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2020 pending on the file of the second respondent and to transfer the same to the file of the first respondent for further enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.02.2020, the second respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.No.63/ALGSC/Karur/2020. He would further submit that on 18.06.2020, both the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 were appeared before the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8080 of 2020 police and during the time of enquiry, it is found out that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 is civil in nature. Hence, after giving suitable advise to the parties concerned for approaching the civil Court, the complaint of the petitioner has been closed.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4.In view of the above, since no enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent, the question of transferring the same does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
