O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 04.07.2024 in W.P(MD)No.14612 of 2024 in true letter and spirit. 2.While disposing the said writ petition this Court directed the petitioner to send a representation to the fifth respondent and directed the fifth respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner is considered and orders were passed on 07.04.2025 rejecting the request of the petitioner in the representation. He placed a copy of the order dated 07.04.2025.It is placed on record.
4. Considering the fact that the order of the court is complied with, in ordered considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
5. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. 6.However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 07.04.2025 issued by the respondent in appropriate forum, if, so advised.
