Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1/104/2013, dated 7.9.2015 and to quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and further to direct the first and second respondents to disburse the compensation amount of Rs.1,45,04,101/- towards compensation of acquisition of Petitioner's property to the extent of 6123 square meter in Survey Numbers 52/1A and 52/3A in Manamadurai Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
