************ [Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.] The challenge in this writ petition is against the notice issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, dated 03.05.2018. 2.Needless to say that as against the notice issued by the second respondent, the petitioner is having remedy before the concerned Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) by filing appropriate application. Without doing so, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition straightaway before this Court, which course of action is not appreciable. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the contentions raised in this writ petition, the same is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal and raise all the objections. The petitioner is permitted to approach the DRT https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
