ORDER

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that pending writ petition, survey has been conducted and hence, the counsel requests the same to be recorded and the writ petition may be disposed of.

4. In view of the fact that the survey has been conducted as required by the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition.
