O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Pursuant to the order passed by us on 06.07.2017 and taking note of the earlier order passed by this Court on 27.06.2017, today affidavit has been filed by the detenu and the relevant portion of the affidavit is extracted hereunder:- "5.I submits that on 06.07.2017, I have appeared before this Hon'ble Court along with my husband and informing that I have married the 4th respondent and we were living together at Manakudi village, Kanyakumari District and on same day my father also appeared before this Hon'ble Court and informing that my grandfather Viruamandi Thevar has bequeath some properties to me and my parents were apprehending that same will be encumbrance with the help of fourth respondent therefore, some sort of time limit to be fixed for encumbrance the property. 6.I respectfully submit that I am not aware of that my grandfather has bequeathed any property to me, if so I will give an undertaking that I would not dispose the same within 5 years as advised by this Hon'ble Court."

2.Recording the same, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
