ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 420 and 506 (i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.07 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The matter is moved by way of Lunch Motion. When the matter was taken up in the evening, it was submitted by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner has already been remanded at 3.30 p.m. But it appears that it is only a formal remand. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now admitted in Government Hospital, Dindigul. The learned counsel would further point out that the petitioner is in a very serious condition. He is said to be suffering from Parkinson's decease.

3. Taking into account all these aspects, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not be shifted from Government Hospital, Dindigul to Prison for a period of one week. The petitioner is given liberty to move the lower Court seeking regular bail.

4. The Criminal Original petition stands dismissed, accordingly.
