O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to demarcate the property in Survey No.811/12 of Thiruvattar Village to an extent of 5 cents and to issue Patta based on the petitioner's application dated 23.09.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner dated 23.09.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, on production of relevant documents and details and after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
