This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Mahila Court, Madurai, to complete the proceedings pending in Crime No.102 of 2014.

2.It is seen from records that this petition has been filed by the petitioner under the Domestic Violence Act. Under the said Act, proceedings are supposed to be completed within a period of six months. It is unfortunate that the case is pending for such a long time.

3.Under such circumstances, there will be direction to the Mahila Court, Madurai, to dispose of the CrMP(MD)No.102 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance immediately after completion https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
