Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the executable Order and Fair Order dated 06.02.2019, made in I.A.No. 55/2018 in I.A. No. 46/2018 in AS.No. 5/2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Periyakulam Town. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 12.07.2022 and upon perusing the letter received from the Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam in D.No. 974/2022, dated 07.12.2022 forwarded by the Principal District Judge, Theni in D.No. 7091/22, dated 12.12.2022, seeking extension of time for six months, this Court made the following order:

" The learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, sent a letter dated 07.12.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of A.S. No. 5 of 2010, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 12.07.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 07.12.2022, six months time is extended from today to dispose of A.S. No. 5 of 2010."
