ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10026 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.814 of 2025 dated 08.12.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has substantially complied with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has substantially complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10026 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.814 of 2025 dated 08.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working 2/4
day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
