PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.140 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 153(A), 298, 504, 505 (ii) IPC, in Crime No.140 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner uploaded the photos in the social media and thereby, he promoted the public to create problem between the different religion. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation is pending.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances and also the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner and also the fact that investigation is pending as stated by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 28/04/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
