PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.86 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested by the respondent police on 18.02.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 147, 148, 302 IPC in Crime No.86 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, one Ajith was done to death. Hence, the present complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 18.02.2021 and he is in judicial custody for the past 83 days and the name of the petitioner is not found in FIR and on the basis of the confession of the co-accused only, the petitioner was robed into this case.

No.6703 of 2021 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that six previous cases are pending against the petitioner and he has strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
