This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 to 3, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, which is arising out of money transaction.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a issue between the brother and sister over the money dispute and that enquiry in this case has already been conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
