ORDER

Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. Mrs.M.Shanmugapriya, who is serving as a Staff Nurse in District Government Hospital, Ramanathapuram, has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider her representation, dated 13.09.2015, wherein she sought for transfer from Ramanathapuram to Tirunelveli https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Medical College Hospital, Tirunelveli.

3. As the petitioner has not mentioned anywhere in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition about the vacancies in Tirunelveli Medical College Hospital, Tirunelveli, this Court is not in a position to direct the respondents to consider her representation.

4. In the result, this writ petition fails and it is dismissed. No costs.
