ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 01.01.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 01.01.2016 by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 01.01.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
