This petition is filed for direction to the 2nd respondent to change the Investigation Officer, in Crime No.217 of 2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that this petition is filed levelling allegations against the 3rd respondent, the then Investigating Officer and now, he has been transferred. It is further submitted that as per the direction of the 2nd respondent, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Puliyankudi is now investigating the case.
