No.20013 of 2017.

Prayer in WMP(MD). 16288/ 2017 :

To stay all further proceedings in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 230/2012 dated 03.10.2017 respondent pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.
