O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The detenu has married the third respondent, as there were some point of difference between the petitioner and the detenu. The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre. In the Mediation Centre, the detenu has refused the request of the mother to live with her. Thereafter, an order was passed on 27.06.2017, permitting the detenu to go along with the mother of the third respondent, since she has refused to go with the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, we once again asked the detenu as well as the petitioner. The detenu in clear terms has stated that she does not want to go and live with the mother, namely the petitioner as against the third respondent, who is her husband. As the detenu is a major, we do not find any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merit in this Petition.

3.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
