Heard Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingaudrai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2.The petitioner merely seeks for expeditious conclusion of the enquiry proceedings, which are pending on the file of the respondent right from 2022 onwards.

3.It is not disputed by the learned Special Government Pleader that the enquiry is pending on the file of the first respondent, as claimed by the petitioner.

4.Considering the pendency of the proceedings right from 2022, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to conclude the pending enquiry in Na.Ka.No.G5/9897/2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing all necessary parties.
