ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter Menaka @ Muthu Menaka, D/o.Rajendran, 21 years old woman before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, the detenu Menaka @ Muthu Menaka has been produced before this Court. Admittedly, the detenu is a major, aged 21 years. On our enquiry, she has stated that she had gone to her paternal aunt's house, since her father scolded her. She further asserts that she wishes to go back to her father, the petitioner herein, who is present before this Court. 3.Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
