ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b) (II) (B) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.678 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 1.400 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case.

4. This is the third petition. The earlier petitions filed by this petitioner were dismissed by this Court on 20.10.2021 and 02.03.2022 considering the antecedents of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. Since there is no change in circumstances of the case, after the dismissal of the earlier petitions, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
