..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the third respondent's proceedings in Tender Notice Nos.12/2015-16/D1/dated 29.07.2015 and No.3/2015-16/D1, dated 23.06.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to call for fresh tender in respect of works mentioned in Tender Notice Nos.12/2015-16/D1, dated 29.07.2015 and No.3/201516/D1/dated 23.06.2015 by following the procedures contemplated in the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 and Rules, 2000.
